A Frame for a Little Boy

Lyana commissioned a frame for her little boy, Khaliq and to be honest I was a little intimidated. I've never been good with boy-ish projects, there's always a need to flower-it-up or ribbon-ise a project -- which doesn't always look good for boys. :) So, stressed was an understatement when I did this frame. But eventually, everything came together and I actually really like it. A lot.

Do you? :)

Anyhoo, do drop by again tomorrow when I announce details to a little giveaway I'll be hosting on this blog. A Maya Road CHA-W album will be included in the giveaway!

Till then!

I know exactly what you mean! I am the mother of 2 boys. Oh how I wish we could add flowers and it be acceptable!!! You did an amazing job. I very recently have found your art, and it is very inspiring!
